§1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the winzr website, mobile platform, or any services offered therein (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you ("the User," "Player," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the winzr Platform. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winzr Platform and close your account, if one has been created.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and winzr regarding your use of the Platform. No oral or written representations made by any winzr representative shall be deemed to modify or supplement these Terms unless explicitly documented in an official amendment published on this page.

§2 Eligibility

To register for and use a winzr account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, consistent with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to casino-style gaming operations.
2. You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of use.
3. You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the winzr Platform for any reason, including self-exclusion.
4. You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) who is restricted from engaging in gambling activities under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
5. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

winzr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your winzr account and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

§3 Account Registration and Security

Each User may register and maintain only one (1) winzr account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.

Upon registration, you will be required to provide a valid Philippine mobile number, create a secure password, and complete the identity verification process. winzr employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your data during transmission. However, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your winzr login credentials (username, password, OTP codes).
• Ensuring that no unauthorized person has access to your registered mobile device or email account.
• Logging out of your winzr account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying winzr immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

winzr shall not be liable for any financial losses, unauthorized transactions, or damages resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. All activities conducted through your winzr account after a successful login shall be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless winzr has been notified of unauthorized access and has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon such notification.

§4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the winzr Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The following provisions govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. winzr accepts deposits through the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (including but not limited to BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. Deposit funds must originate from a financial account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. winzr reserves the right to refuse or return any deposit that it suspects originates from an unauthorized source.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method or financial account used for deposits, where technically feasible. winzr aims to process withdrawal requests within the shortest possible timeframe; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any required verification checks. winzr reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in cumulative withdrawals within a thirty (30) day period.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the winzr Platform and may be adjusted from time to time at winzr's sole discretion. Players will be notified of any changes to these limits through the Platform or via registered email or mobile number.

4.4 Transaction Fees. winzr does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, certain payment providers (such as banks or e-wallet services) may impose their own processing fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Player. winzr reserves the right to introduce transaction fees in the future, with reasonable advance notice provided to all registered Players.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. If a winzr account remains inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, the account shall be classified as dormant. winzr may charge a monthly administrative fee on dormant accounts, as published on the Platform. If an account balance reaches zero due to dormancy fees, the account may be permanently closed.

§5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Incentive Offers

winzr may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, loyalty points, referral incentives, and other promotional offers ("Bonuses") to eligible Players. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. winzr reserves the right to exclude any Player from promotional offers at its sole discretion.
• Each Bonus is subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as applicable) must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and qualifying game contributions are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses have an expiration period. Any unused bonus funds or free spins shall be forfeited upon expiration.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using irregular betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other Players, or exploiting software errors — is strictly prohibited. winzr reserves the right to void Bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the accounts of Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
• winzr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

§6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the winzr Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for digital games or by live dealer actions for live casino games. winzr does not influence, manipulate, or have the ability to alter game outcomes.

Each game on the winzr Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed within the game interface and any marketing or promotional materials, the in-game rules shall prevail.

In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, winzr will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, any wagers placed during the affected round may be voided and refunded at winzr's discretion. winzr shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, power outages, or device malfunctions on the Player's end.

§7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winzr Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform:

1. Using the winzr Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or any communication with winzr.
3. Operating multiple winzr accounts, whether directly or through agents, proxies, or nominees.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform or its games.
5. Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software or in any game to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to winzr immediately.
6. Colluding with other Players or third parties to defraud winzr or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
7. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward winzr staff, other Players, or live dealers.
8. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the winzr Platform or any games available therein.
9. Depositing funds from stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained financial accounts or instruments.
10. Allowing any person under the age of twenty-one (21) to access or use your winzr account.

§8 Responsible Gaming

winzr is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognize that, while most Players enjoy gambling as a form of entertainment, a small percentage may develop gambling-related problems. Accordingly, winzr provides the following responsible gaming tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period of at least twenty-four (24) hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold for a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering will be restricted until the next period begins.
• Session Timers: Players may set session duration reminders to help manage the time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Requests for self-exclusion may be submitted through the account settings or by contacting winzr customer support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications informing the Player of the duration of their current session and net win/loss amounts.

§9 Intellectual Property

All content on the winzr Platform — including but not limited to the winzr brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, and user interface elements — is the property of winzr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the winzr Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, reused, downloaded, reposted, or otherwise used without the express written permission of winzr, except as necessary for normal use of the Platform by a registered Player.

§10 Privacy and Data Protection

winzr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the winzr Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. winzr employs industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information, including 256-bit SSL encryption, firewalls, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and winzr cannot guarantee absolute security.

§11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winzr, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the winzr Platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• Any interruption or cessation of services provided by winzr.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components transmitted through the Platform.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Platform's content.
• Any actions taken by winzr in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension, closure, or forfeiture of funds.

In no event shall winzr's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the lesser of (a) the balance of the Player's winzr account at the time the claim arose, or (b) ₱100,000 PHP.

§12 Modifications to These Terms

winzr reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the Platform, email, or SMS notification. Continued use of the winzr Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

§13 Account Termination

winzr may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Extended inactivity (dormant account as defined in Section 4.5).
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Your request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account termination, any remaining balance (net of any amounts owed to winzr, pending investigations, or suspected fraudulent activity) will be returned to the Player through a verified withdrawal method, subject to applicable verification requirements. winzr reserves the right to withhold funds if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds are connected to fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise prohibited activity.

§14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of the proceedings shall be English.
